This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled in Best Memories for Mac.

We Collect No Personal Information Using Our Applications

We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in Best Memories for Mac.

Individual settings relating to the Best Memories app are not personal and are stored only on your device. You will be asked to provide access to your photo library, but this is only so you can open your photos in Best Memories. We don’t process that information at all and have no access to it.

In addition, if you take a photo with your iOS device and store it to photos library, location data is saved in the image. This location will only be used to create annotations on your map, but we have no access to that data and it is not shared with anyone.

Our Applications Comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Our applications don’t collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
